Program Launch in Adelaide
Started with eight participants and a focus on franchise financial basics. We kept it simple because most people just needed to understand their numbers without the confusing jargon.
Franchise finance, done right
Build your financial expertise across twelve months of practical training. This isn't about quick wins. We're talking about understanding franchise funding models, cash flow management, and the financial structures that actually keep multi-location businesses running smoothly. Starting September 2025.
Book Your ConsultationWe started this program back in 2019 after seeing too many franchise owners struggle with financial planning. Here's how we've grown and what you can expect.
Started with eight participants and a focus on franchise financial basics. We kept it simple because most people just needed to understand their numbers without the confusing jargon.
By now we'd worked with forty-seven franchise operators. They kept asking about multi-unit financing and expansion planning, so we built those sessions into the curriculum. Real questions from real business owners shaped what we teach.
Three major Australian franchise networks began recommending our program to their franchisees. That validation meant something because it came from people actually running these businesses.
This year we introduced monthly case analysis sessions where you work through actual franchise financial scenarios. Not theoretical examples but situations our past participants have navigated successfully.
Limited to eighteen participants so everyone gets meaningful attention. We've found that smaller groups create better discussions and more honest questions about the tricky parts of franchise finance.
These numbers reflect feedback from our 2024 cohort. Results vary based on individual circumstances and how actively people apply what they learn.
In making financial decisions after 6 months
Based on anonymous participant feedback
Across food, retail, and service franchises
We meet twice monthly for three-hour sessions. That schedule works for most franchise operators who can't disappear for full-day training.
Each session focuses on one specific aspect of franchise finance. You'll work through actual budgets, review real funding proposals, and discuss cash flow challenges that other participants are currently facing.
Between sessions, you get access to our resource library and can book 30-minute consultations if you're stuck on something specific to your situation.
Getting ready for the September 2025 intake doesn't require extensive preparation, but these steps help you get more value from the program.
Bring your last twelve months of profit and loss statements. If you're looking at franchise opportunities rather than operating one yet, collect the disclosure documents you've received. We'll use these during the program.
Write down three financial concepts you find confusing right now. Most people struggle with franchise fee structures or understanding royalty calculations. Knowing what confuses you helps us tailor discussions.
Take notes on what accounting software you use and how you currently track expenses. During month two, we cover system improvements, and it's helpful if you already know what you're working with.
Think about what you want to understand better by March 2026. Maybe it's confidently reading financial statements or knowing when expansion makes sense financially. Clear goals keep the learning focused on what matters to you.
Sessions run every second Tuesday evening from 6 PM to 9 PM. Check your calendar now and mark those dates. Missing more than two sessions makes it harder to follow the progression.
We hold a 45-minute orientation call in August 2025 where you'll meet other participants and hear about the curriculum structure. It's optional but recommended because it answers most initial questions.
Finally understood what my accountant was telling me. The cash flow module alone changed how I plan inventory ordering.
I was nervous about the math side but the way concepts get explained made it manageable. Opened my second location last year with better financial confidence.
The small group format meant I could ask questions without feeling silly. Everyone's at different levels and that's actually helpful for learning.
